If you would like to get onto our wait list, please submit a Seasonal or Annual Berthing Agreement and corresponding Membership Fee as a deposit. All agreements and deposits should be sent to our billing office by email or dropped off in person.

• All slip fees are calculated by length of the boat or length of the slip, whichever is greater. (The rate listed below is per month)
• To reserve a slip, you must fill out the appropriate Berthing License Agreement and submit payment in advance.
• A reservation is not finalized until both things are complete.
• All contracts are billed in full.
• Applications are first come first served
• Trailer storage is an additional $85/month

Monthly payments considered in hardship cases with manager’s approval. An additional $10/month billing fee is applied. Automatic ACH payments required.
